Exchange value will be determined based on the prevailing market rates for gold, natural diamonds, and gemstones at the time of exchange, in accordance with the applicable company policies, terms, and conditions.
Note: If any discount was availed at the time of purchase on the stone or metal value, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the exchange value.
