These Terms govern your access to and use of vrddhidiamonds.com (the “Website”) and any purchase, enquiry, appointment or service request made through it.
By using the Website, you agree to these Terms.
1) About Vrddhi Diamonds
Vrddhi Diamonds (“Vrddhi”, “we”, “us”) is a boutique jewellery house dedicated to fine diamond jewellery crafted with precision, restraint, and enduring value.
We offer:
- Natural diamond jewellery collections
- Bespoke Customisation
- Curated pieces offered via appointments and select exhibitions
- Limited designer collaborations
2) Product Integrity, Hallmarking & Certification
Gold Purity & Hallmarking
Our gold jewellery is supplied with relevant hallmarking and purity markings as applicable, including BIS Hallmark/HUID where required. We work across 14KT / 18KT / 22KT based on the piece and your preference.
Kindly confirm the metal purity mentioned on your invoice and product at the time of delivery.
Diamond Certification
Natural diamond jewellery is accompanied by certification from recognised laboratories such as GIA / IGI / SGL / DHCor equivalent authorised labs, depending on availability and product requirements.
3) Craftsmanship & Natural Characteristics
Every Vrddhi piece is created through expert hand-finishing. Minor variations in finish, texture, stone size, or setting details may occur and are not considered defects—these are signatures of fine craftsmanship.
Natural diamonds may contain inclusions and characteristics visible under magnification and sometimes faintly to the eye—this is inherent to natural stones and reflected in certification.
4) Appointments, Consultations & Enquiries
Appointments, consultations and design discussions are offered to provide a high-touch boutique experience. Any timelines or quotations shared during enquiry are indicative and may be refined after final design confirmation, stone selection, and production feasibility checks.
5) Bespoke & Custom Orders (CAD-led)
Customisation is a structured craft at Vrddhi — engineered, reviewed, and executed with precision.
For bespoke orders:
- An advance payment is required to initiate the process.
- We share design renders (CAD/visuals) for approval prior to production.
- Once the design/CAD is approved and production begins, cancellation is not permitted.
- Further modifications after approval may involve additional charges and time.
- Delivery timelines vary by complexity and material/stone sourcing.
Important: Bespoke, personalised, resized-to-order, engraved, or made-to-spec pieces are not eligible for return or refund, except in the rare event of manufacturing defect confirmed by our quality team.
6) Pricing, Payments & Billing
All prices are displayed in INR unless stated otherwise and may change due to metal rates, diamond availability, and craftsmanship variables.
Your final invoice may include:
- Gold value (by weight and purity)
- Diamond value (by quality/carat)
- Making charges
- GST and applicable taxes
- Any customisation or setting charges
Secure Payments
Payments must be made only through official Vrddhi payment modes shared on invoice/checkout.
No ambassadors, representatives, or external parties are authorised to collect payments personally.
7) Shipping, Delivery & Insurance
We ship through trusted logistics partners with appropriate packaging and handling protocols.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary by location, courier conditions, or force majeure events.
- Risk transfers upon successful delivery confirmation at the shipping address provided by you.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and verify the parcel.
If you notice damage/tampering at delivery, please document it immediately and inform us before accepting the package where feasible.
8) Returns, Exchanges & After-Sales
We stand for long-term ownership, not short-term transactions.
Returns (Ready Products Only)
If a return is accepted for eligible ready products (not custom), it must be requested within 48 hours of delivery and the item must be:
- unworn, unused, unaltered
- accompanied by original packaging and certificates
- in resalable condition after inspection
Exchanges
Exchanges, where offered, are subject to product condition, current pricing, and availability.
Repairs & Maintenance
Normal wear-and-tear, mishandling, accidental damage, and third-party interventions are not covered. We provide servicing support wherever feasible upon evaluation.
9) Your Delivery Confirmation
By accepting delivery, you confirm you have verified the product details to your satisfaction, including:
- Metal purity marking/hallmarking where applicable
- Diamond category (natural or lab-grown)
- Weight/stone details on invoice
- Certification received where applicable
10) Intellectual Property
All content on this Website — including designs, photographs, CAD renders, copy, trademarks and visual assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of Vrddhi Diamonds and may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission.
11) Limitation of Liability
Vrddhi Diamonds shall not be liable for:
- Variations inherent to handcrafted production
- Characteristics of natural diamonds reflected in certification
- Delays caused by logistics partners, events beyond control, or third-party service outages
- Losses arising from incorrect address details submitted by the customer
12) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
