Dispatched within 3–7 working days, subject to quality checks and packaging.
Bespoke & Custom Orders
Production timelines vary between 7–30 working days, depending on:
- Stone sourcing
- CAD approvals
- Design complexity
- Hallmarking & certification timelines
You will be informed of the estimated delivery date at confirmation.
2) Packaging Standards
All Vrddhi jewellery is shipped in:
- Secure tamper-evident packaging
- Protective internal cushioning
- Branded presentation box
- Certification & invoice documentation (where applicable)
Our packaging is designed to protect both aesthetics and security.
3) Shipping Partners
We work with trusted logistics providers specialising in secure shipments. Deliveries may require:
- Signature confirmation
- OTP verification
- ID verification in certain cases
This ensures your purchase reaches you safely.
4) Insurance Coverage
All shipments are insured until confirmed delivery at the address provided during checkout. Risk transfers to the customer upon successful delivery confirmation.

- Damage to outer box
Please document with photographs before opening and notify us immediately.
5) Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Vrddhi Diamonds shall not be liable for delays or losses arising from incorrect address information submitted by the customer.
6) Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to:

- Incorrect contact details
- Refusal to accept parcel
The shipment may be returned to us. Re-dispatch may incur additional logistics charges.
7) International Shipping
