Yes. All natural diamonds sold under Vrddhi Diamonds are independently certified by recognised laboratories such as GIA, IGI, SGL, or equivalent authorised grading labs. Certification details are shared with your purchase and should be preserved for future reference.
2) Do you sell natural diamonds or lab-grown diamonds?
We offer both — clearly categorised:
• Vrddhi Diamonds: Natural diamonds
• Origine by Vrddhi: Lab-grown diamonds (order-based)
We maintain full transparency and clearly mention the category before purchase.
3) Can I customise a design?
Absolutely. We specialise in CAD-led bespoke jewellery. You can personalise:
• Diamond size & quality
• Metal purity (14KT / 18KT / 22KT)
• Setting style
• Overall design structure
Final production begins only after your CAD approval.
4) How long does delivery take?
• Ready pieces: 3–7 working days
• Custom pieces: 7–30 working days depending on complexity and sourcing

5) Is shipping insured and secure?
Yes. All shipments are securely packaged and insured until confirmed delivery at your address. Signature or OTP verification may be required upon receipt.
6) What is your return policy?
Eligible ready products may be considered for return within 48 hours of delivery, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and include certification. Customised and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return.
7) Do you offer buyback or upgrade options?
Yes. Eligible natural diamond jewellery purchased from Vrddhi may qualify for buyback or upgrade under our structured evaluation policy. Market rates and documentation validation apply.
8) Is there a warranty or after-sales support?
We offer a limited manufacturing warranty against workmanship defects and provide lifetime service support including inspection, cleaning, and maintenance.
9) How do I know the gold purity?
All gold jewellery is supplied with applicable hallmarking (BIS/HUID where required). Metal purity and weight details are clearly mentioned in your invoice.
10) Are payments secure?
Yes. All payments are processed only through authorised Vrddhi payment modes and secure gateways. No ambassadors or third parties are permitted to collect payments directly.
